Optiliner is a “Fold and Form” PVC pipe liner made from our proprietary thermoplastic PVC blend. When heated, the liner becomes soft and malleable. The heated liner is pressurized, and expands to form a tight fit with the host pipe. Available in various diameters and thicknesses, this method is applicable to a wide array of storm and sewer projects.

How it Works

1. Preheat liner in a steam enclosure

2. Use a winch to pull heated liner through host pipe

3. Plug and re-heat liner

4. Add pressure to heated liner, which will expand to fit the host pipe

5. Maintain pressure while cooling the expanded liner

6. Cut away excess - Installation is Complete!
